Everyday should be Teacher Appreciation Day. Of course, I say that ’cause I’m a teacher. It’s nice to get spoiled and appreciated for a day.

My son is in 4th grade and he has had a great year with his teacher. She LOVES the color purple and her last name begins with A. So after much noodling (and surfing Pinterest forEVER), I came up with these:

I’m using a new machine today! It’s the KNK Zing. So far, I’ve only used paper in it but I’m extremely impressed with what it was able to do. The detail it cut is incredible. Look at the table, the lamp, the toes of the bear. Wow. That is ama-ZING in my book…

A customer recently asked if I could come up with a tile that would work for her family. She was married, had children, but her husband was not the father of the children.
