I ordered replacement blades on April 15th. Order was processed, amount charged and package sent by USPS to Austria, Europe. As this package has never reached us, I sent numerous emails and opened support tickets as well as RMA tickets asking for support. As an international customer I cannot initiate a search at USPS, this has to be done by the US sender.
Can anyone please assist this issue. Either get this delivery to us or refund the money.
Unfortunately, this is one of the worst customer service experiences ever!
