Hi everyone. I am having a problem with my knk zing machine. The cutting motor is no longer stable when i turn on the machine, it wants to go beyond its boundary and since the machine has a width it can’t continue beyond making a irritating noise like that of a motor that is blocked by the limited width of the machine .

Does anyone have a solution for this

I recommend starting a support ticket using this link:

Did you find a solution? This happened to me all of a sudden.

It turns out that the stopper on the left size was pushed in

I assume you both have an original Zing or Zing Air(?) If so, that red limit switch can either get stuck or simply fail. If it appears to be broken, please fill out a ticket at the link Sandy provided above.
