I received a “refund” notification on 8-30-18, but did not receive any funds. I waited a week in case things were processing, and then I emailed Chad. He responded that he would get back to me that afternoon. When I still had not heard from him the next week I emailed again, and did not receive a response. It has been another week, and still no response. Any help in getting a hold of him, or whoever else might be able to help with this problem, would be most appreciated. Once again, KNK has both my money and the machine at this point (and has for over two months).
