    I recently purchased a digital download of Sure Cuts A Lot 5 and did NOT receive an activation PIN or serial number with my confirmation email.

    I have tried calling 800-268-3672, left a voice mail and emailed sales@knkusa.com and filled out 2 requests via the website. Still no response.

    I am very anxious to start using the software. My credit card has been charged, but still no PIN…

    I’ll check on this for you.  I can’t see the system but I can get a message to Chad. What is the date on your order and your order number?

    Also, did you check your spam mail? Also, look for an email from Plotter Geeks, instead of KNK USA.

    Hi Sandy,

    Thanks for checking. I finally got a response and my PIN! It seems there was a glitch in the system that automatically generates serial numbers.
