    On July 3rd I was cutting like normal and on my 3rd cut the zing dropped the blade and made a shrill sound but never moved. Turned everything off restarted….nothing. Left it be and tried again yesterday and still the same. I submitted as support ticket but hoping someone has an easy answer so I can get my girls shirt done
