I sent this message to customer service last week but no one has messaged me back, it started a support ticket and I even replied back to that and now I see you are going on vacation until 13th. Was hopping to have this resolved.
I purchased three Maxx Airs at the same time (support ticket has details), and after a few bumps everything was working (one needed replacing) anyways I have always
wondered why two of the three never worked as good as the third. More
inconsistencies when cutting. I just noticed after trying to help one of my
employees fix hers that her tables that are mounted to the machine are not
level, they dip in towards the machine making an uneven surface.
I looked at all three machines, and two of the three are like this and the
third is nice and level (the third was the one you guys replaced for me
shortly after purchase)
I googled the problem thinking I mounted them wrong but it does appear it
was a problem you guys had, is it possible to get new tables for those two
