    Hi Rachel,

    I believe Lanela has responded to the ticket you created. However, the blades, pen and documentation is typically slipped into the cutting mat sleeve. Is it possible that the sleeve was torn and the extras slipped into the box? If you wouldn’t mind, double check to see if you have any “goodies” floating around in the bottom of the box. If not, we will have the blades and pen tool sent out ASAP!

    I don’t print with support materials too often. However, from the images above, this is pretty much in line with what I get, too. With that in mind, I only use Slic3r, so something like Simplify3D may provide options to smooth this out.

    We worked with a different factory to assemble the Groove-e for us. We’ve now parted ways, so that’s why we can’t simply get the information from them.

    With that being said, if we can get on the phone, I’d happily attempt to get the info you need!

    Would mind posting a link to one or more of the files you’re having issues with? We’d be happy to give you some suggestions. We might need to have you make a few minor adjustments to the settings in Slic3r, but I’m sure we’ll be able to get you squared away.

    What is the suggested heat range for your specific PLA? It almost appears as though the filament is too warm, causing it to easily wrap around the extruder gear.

    Have you experimented with other plastics with different results?
